Be cynical as I am, be critical as I was, be hesitant as you should be. Buy this book, read it, understand it, internalize it. I did not have the luxury to learn from it. I learned elsewhere and at great cost. This is one of my favorite books. Rabbi Labowitz has created a guide through the mystical journey of the Kabbalah. It is both a book you can read fully, and also one you can go back to again & again to practice the meditations and review the "lessons". I love this book!
