Not all of these recipes are for use with a NuWave oven, except those that were copied right out of the NuWave Cookbook (comes with the unit). The other recipes aren't adjusted for cooking times using a NuWave, (reduces cooking times by one third, so we need to do some math, just like with any other usual cookbook). Also the author writes the NuWaves can't go above 350 degrees, but they sure can. I just got a brand new NuWave (why I wanted a NuWave cookbook), and I checked out a friend's older version NuWave too just in case this book was written for that, but no, it can also go over 350. I cooked a baked potato on 420 for 20 mins, came out perfectly. There's actually more recipes for the NuWave oven in the manual it comes standard with, no extra cost, already set for times and temps and everything. This cookbook has mostly 350 degree recipes for a normal oven. Waste of money for me. Bummed this cookbook was just printed too, maybe change title to All 350 degree recipes, some for NuWave.

To better understand how Nuwave oven works, and to understand its advantages over other kitchen appliances of this type, I purchased this book with many delicious recipes. I like that with this stove you can not only fry, but also bake, cook on the grill and simmer the roast. Here I found some recipes for main dishes and appetizers, which I liked very much in the preparation and taste.
I have been a cooking enthusiast for many years. So much that I don't know what I know. I agree with other comments: where are the pictures and why the heck is there no index. I wonder if the author is a native English speaker. If she is, she'd better get some help editing. Grammatical mistakes, vocabulary errors; these are not things you expect in a cookbook. That being said, I got some great ideas which I will probably embellish to the point that my food creations will be unrecognizable to the author.
NuWave Oven is convenient to use in your cooking.I like how this book explains everything about NuWave.They appends the NuWave Oven Temperature conversion guide for us to easily comprehend and follow.Plus they incorporate the 250 delicious and mouthwatering recipes which is great.Nice read!Thanks author!

Love this cookbook. Lots of pictures, recipes are not complicated and make pulling out the dutch oven and throwing a meal together quick and easy!
